The above mentioned prices are per apartment per day, not including resort tax and final cleaning. You do have a free parking at Landhaus Frenes. Also WIFI is free of charge. We do offer to change towels during the week an provide fresh bed linen once a week.
Final cleaning cost in winter 2018/2019: € 53,- for a 2 room apartment and € 59,- for 3 a room apartment.
Resort tax: € 2.80 per day per person aged 16 years
Minimum stay: 6 days, shorter stays only in low season upon request.

Sorry, out of consideration of allergy sufferers we do not allow pets in our house. Smoking is only allowed on the balconys, but not in the apartments.Thank you for your understanding!
Payment: We appreciate advance via bank transfer and rest payments in cash during your stay. But for sure you can also pay with EC- or credit card.
Deposit: According to agreement, 20 % of the accommodation cost 14 days after booking. 50 % of the accomodation cost 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation charges for summer 2020 (01.05.-04.11.):
More than 21 days prior to arrival: no charge
21 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50 % of holiday cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of holiday cost
7 days and less : 90 % of holiday cost
We recommend a cancellation insurance, for Example Europäische Reiseversicherung.
